Booking
After selecting an Ownership or suite, the prescribed booking form should be duly filled and signed by the applicant along with the booking money and other required documents like 2 copies Photo, NID Card & Passport Copies. The competent authority of CHUTI VILLA Ltd. shall approve the sale. However, the company reserves the right to disapprove any sale application for not fulfilling the appropriate information or for any other reasons.
Allotment
Allotment shall be made on a "first come, first served" basis on receipt of the booking money along with the application form. On acceptance of a booking application and realization of at least 50% down payment of the total price, CHUTI VILLA Ltd. shall issue a provisional allotment agreement.
Mode of Payment
All payments of booking money, full price, down payment, installments, registration fees, and all other charges shall be made by Account payee Cheque/Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of CHUTI VILLA Ltd. Non-resident Bangladeshis may remit by TT or DD or directly through the bank in the name of CHUTI VILLA Ltd.
Cancellation of Allotment
In case of non-payment of the total price (for full payment sale) and down payment within the previously mentioned time or non-payment of installments for 2 (two) times, the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment. For any kind of cancellation, the amount paid by the Allottee shall be refunded after deducting service charges of 20% of the total saleable amount, whichever is higher for each Ownership, after 365 days of successfully reselling the Ownership. Cancellation by the Allottee shall follow the same procedure for a refund.
Sale Rights
CHUTI VILLA Ltd. reserves full rights to the sale of Ownership.
Company's Right
CHUTI VILLA Ltd. reserves the full right to make any changes to the above Terms & Conditions and layout plan or condition of the project if those become absolutely necessary or due to any kind of Government Policy.
